Hotel centralissimo, a pochissimi meter from the main attraction of Lucerna. Abbiamo trovato la nostra camera pulita e moderna (also his moquette potrebbe essere evitata). Comfortable and clean rooms! Centrally located! The front desk was very friendly. There's a bunch of food nearby and great breakfast places. You won't be disappointed at this hotel. Great service and rooms for the price.

I was really pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed my stay. The location is brilliant and the room was great. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and really friendly accommodating staff. My only improvement would be to remove or replace the carpet in the room as it didn't feel the cleanest, but it didn't affect our stay.

Hôtel located in two locations, near the gare and the historical center. Chambres spacieuses with superb terrace (nous avons été surclassés) and beautiful salle de bain. Dommage qu'une des chambres sente la cigarette. Personnel très aimable and accommodating.

Fantastic hotel and worth the price. Rooms are super nice, clean, and quiet. Check-in was easy. One block from the water. Next to many restaurants and shops. Pool was refreshing. Highly recommended.

구글 평점이 좋지 않아 걱정했는데 잘 머물다 갑니다. 친구랑 둘이 2박 일반 더블룸에 묵었습니다. 방도 넓고 침대도 일반 침대 두 개, 2층 침대 하나 해서 총 네 개였습니다. 욕실 수압도 괜찮았고 우려했던 것과는 달리 물도 깨끗했고요, 비누와 바디워시 겸 샴푸도 구비되어 있었습니다. 웰컴 드링크로 물 한 병도 제공됩니다. 또한, 스위스 머무는 기간 동안 사용할 수 있는 방문자 교통권도 주더라고요. 무엇보다 작지만 엘리베이터가 있습니다. 친구가 28인치 캐리어, 제가 20인치 캐리어를 들고 왔는데 저희랑 캐리어들 들어가면 꽉 차는 크기입니다.그러나 욕실 환기가 잘 되지 않아 문을 열어놔야 했고요, 객실 내 취식이 안 됩니다. 호텔 와이파이도 잘 되지 않았고요. 무엇보다 방이 넓은데 콘센트를 연결할 수 있는 곳이 두 군데 밖에 없었고, 하나는 스위스 플러그만 꽂을 수 있습니다. 여기서 숙박하실 분들이라면 멀티탭을 가지고 오셔야 분들이라다. 또한 냉장고도 없고 실내화도 따로 제공되지 않습니다. 아, 조식 따로 없습니다.그러나 저렴한 가격과 구글 평점이 안 좋은 거에 비해서 방이 넓고 깨끗했으며 욕실도 나쁘지 않았어요. 2025년 2월 3일 - 2월 5일입니다. 참고하세요.

前台服务人员非常热情，寄存行李很方便沟通很愉快！地理位置也不错",好，洗澡不到五分钟水就是凉的了，第二个人隔了一会才洗，更是不到三分钟就是凉水了。十一月底的寒冷天气，还洗了凉水澡，很不舒服。

Room quite small tho but anyway quite cozy.

Bien ubicado a 8 minutes andando the station of trains. Practically everything is in just a few minutes, the city is small. The hotel is ancient but it is clean. There are fans and during the night there is a lot of air conditioning that needs to be heated (the air is heated). No much.

The hotel is in the center of the city, the room is very nice, soffitti bassi e moquette non pulitissima

Well situated and with friendly staff, this hotel is let down by its poor value, unreasonable fees (10chf to store a bag? Get real), and lack of amenities (the summer pool really is a summer pool, you're not allowed to even look at it if it isn't summer).

This hotel is good for what it is, it meets our expectations for a 3* hotel. The staff were friendly. We were given a tourist brochure and a voucher for public transport/museums etc. We were pleased with the pool and jacuzzi.However, above the bed near the fan there was a device that we couldn't identify. It looked like a smoke alarm of some sort but was not flashing (unlike the others in the room). It can be seen in the photos of the rooms on the website. It left us feeling uneasy due to its location and appearance, but we weren't able to confirm whether it was suspicious or not.

Great location and, for Switzerland, not so expensive. The rooms are comfortable. Check out at 10 am?!? A hotel stay is for enjoyment and pleasure, not for stress and aggravation. The pool/jacuzzi doesn't open until 10 either. Looks like an inflatable gig in someone's backyard.
